Series 160/170/180 is a frequency-modulated fiber-optic video, audio and data transmission system. Multimode versions employ 850- and 1300-nm LEDs. Laser-based singlemode versions meet RS-250C specifications, including 8-MH¥bandwidth, greater than 60-dB signal-to-noise ratio, and 10-H¥to 20-kH¥audio bandwidth.
