Syosset, NY-based Porta Systems Corp.`s wholly owned English subsidiary, Vanderhoff Communications Ltd., has signed an $8 million contract with British Telecommunications plc for subscriber-line test systems. The test systems extend Porta Systems` coverage of BT`s network from 25% to 50%.
