Phase measuring system
The ZX-1 and mini ZX-1 phase measuring systems test the surface topography of fiber-optic connectors, ferrules, fibers and angled fibers. The systems check the radius of curvature to 0.5%, apex offset to 2.5 microns and fiber protrusion or undercut to 8 nm.
