Process control monitor

CM-101 monitor checks the optical fiber or silica capillary manufacturing process. The device measures diameter, coating concentricity and position, and displays results on the computer terminal. The monitor simultaneously views four locations. Coated or un coated fiber is measured to 1%, and position relative to the center line of the process tower is measured to ۬ microns. The system includes operating software, a 12-bit analog-to-digital board, four gauges, data cables and an operator`s manual.
