German subsidiary

Pan Dacom Telekommunikation GmbH in Hamburg, Germany, has founded a U.S. subsidiary in Somerset, NJ. The company will offer systems designed for telecommunications and industrial applications, including fiber-optic modems supporting the T1/E1, T3/E3 and V.35 interfaces and converters with speeds to 200 megabits per second for fiber distributed data interface, asynchronous transfer mode/synchronous transport module-1 and enterprise systems connection.
