C-tec Corp.

C-tec Corp. in Princeton, NJ, has signed a five-year, $50 million agreement with Lucent Technologies in Murray Hill, NJ, for telecommunications equipment. C-tec plans to deploy Lucent`s 5ESS-2000 switch in New York City and a similar one in Boston to support its RCN subsidiary.
