Diode-laser module

The OPC-D012-mmm-HB diode-laser module delivers 13 to 15W of continuous-wave power. Available at operating wavelengths from 790 to 980 nm, the compact unit is offered with several internal focusing optics that produce working distances to 30 mm and spot sizes as small as 130 microns. The module is environmentally sealed and contains an onboard monitor photodiode and a 10,000-ohm, 25°C thermistor.
