Limiting amplifier

VM10LA-145 limiting amplifier produces a quantized pulse output with input signals ranging from 20 to 1500 mVpp. Output EYE patterns depict large phase and amplitude margins despite low inputs. The saturated output level is electrically adjustable from 1.0 to 1.8 Vpp, with rise and fall times typically 20 psec. EYE pattern openings are greater than 85%. Housed in a 1.7 ¥ 1 ¥ 0.5-inch package, the amplifier operates from +15V DC at 310 mA.
