Cable pact

Vyvx Inc., a unit of Williams Co. Inc., has signed a five-year, multimillion dollar deal with Time Warner Inc. Vyvx will provide video-transmission services to Time Warner, enabling the latter to interconnect the video services of its own broadcasting and cable subsidiaries using Vyvx`s national fiber-optic network.
