Software pact

Telstra, one of Australia`s major telecommunications providers, and Bellcore will jointly design new software to manage a full-service broadband communications network. Bellcore and Telstra plan to adopt an open, end-to-end approach to the network, using Bellcore`s Mediavantage network management software and Telstra systems.
