The AMT8301T46F/L integrated photodetector and transimpedance amplifier has sensitivity better than -19 dBm over voltage and temperature at data rates of 1.0625 and 2.125 Gbit/s. It uses a supply voltage of 3.3-V dc with <45-mW power dissipation and has an 850-nm detector. It is housed in either TO-46 ultraflat window or ball lens packaging.
