DECEMBER 12, 2006 -- Raltron Electronics Corp.'s new family of high frequency clock oscillators includes types CS9 (3.3V, LVPECL), CLD (3.3V, LVDS), CSP (2.5V, LVEPCL), and CLP (2.5V LVDS).

These lead-free, RoHS-compliant products are specifically designed for use in mass storage networks, Fibre Channel, and Ethernet applications.

For Fibre Channel usage, frequencies of 106.250 and 425.000 MHz are available; for Gigabit Ethernet, frequencies are 125.000 and 312.500 MHz; for 10-Gigabit Ethernet, frequencies are 156.250, 250.000 and 644.5312 MHz; and for SONET, frequencies are available at 155.520, 311.040 and 622.080 MHZ--all with a low jitter of < 1pS RMS.

Units are packaged in a case size of 7- x 5-mm and are rated with an operating temperature range of from -40 ° C to +85 ° C. Packaging is 1,000 units per reel.
