ITC^DeltaCom secures Lease Facility with Relational Technology Solutions

MARCH 12, 2007 -- Relational Technology Solutions (RTS), an independent technology leasing and converged technology providers, says it has formalized a $7.5 million lease facility with carrier ITC^DeltaCom, Inc.

MARCH 12, 2007 -- Relational Technology Solutions (RTS), an independent technology leasing and converged technology providers, says it has formalized a $7.5 million lease facility with carrier ITC^DeltaCom, Inc.

ITC^DeltaCom (search for ITC^DeltaCom) will use the facility to upgrade its fiber-optic network, spanning 14,500 route-mi and 101 voice and data switches, and serving more than 50,000 business customers in its primary eight-state region. The company plans to use the facility to implement networking technology from such systems vendors as ADTRAN, Cisco, Infinera, and Nortel.

"Along with helping us accelerate our network upgrade, the additional funding provided by this lease facility significantly enhances the company's liquidity profile and allows us to maintain our aggressive growth strategy."
