Lucent Technologies (Murray Hill, NJ) and Time Warner Telecom (Greenwood Village, CO) announced a three-year contract worth $250 million. Under the contract, Time Warner will purchase Lucent`s optical networking, communications software, and switching and access products, enabling Time Warner to offer an integrated, multiservice voice, data, and Internet solution. Lucent will also provide engineering, installation, technical support, and professional services.
