Broadband test system option

The AX/4000 broadband test system has a new option to increase the ATM SVC signaling test capacity to 20,000 simultaneous calls per port, or 160,000 calls per 8-port chassis. The SVC signaling feature enables the system?s generator/analyzer modules to perform signaling emulation and analysis, ATM quality-of-service testing of SVCs, and call-loading tests on the ATM switches and networks. According to the manufacturer, SVC performance is boosted with a simple memory upgrade in the field. The enhanced SVC option is available for the new 155.52-Mbit/sec AX/4000 Version II generator and generator/analyzer modules and costs $1500 per module.
