Concepts in Communications Inc., the Tennessee-based subsidiary of International FiberCom Inc. (Phoenix, AZ), was awarded separate contracts totaling $5.2 million. Contracts of various sizes were awarded by Gambro Healthcare Patient Services, AutoZone, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, U.S. Xpress, and others. Work under these contracts has begun and should be completed by the end of June 1999. The contracts include installation of data cable, fiber-optic cable, voice and data-distribution cable, ongoing local- and wide-area network integration, and sale and installation of network hardware.
