Norlight Telecommunications Inc. (Milwaukee, WI), a network services provider, is expanding its fiber-optic network into Indiana to improve telecommunications access for its carrier customers. Norlight`s 430-mi network expansion is underway and will establish points of presence in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Lafayette, South Bend, Elkhart, Gary, and Muncie. Completion of the Indiana network expansion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2000.
