Lucent Technologies (Murray Hill, NJ) will supply more than $90 million worth of optical networking

Lucent Technologies (Murray Hill, NJ) will supply more than $90 million worth of optical networking and network management systems to four service providers across Europe and Asia. The service providers include KPN Telecom BV (Amsterdam), Telefonica de Espana (Madrid), Korea Telecom (Seoul, Korea), and the Posts and Telecommunications Administrations in several Chinese provinces. All will use Lucent systems to increase network capacity or evolve to digital networks that carry voice and data.
