Measurement scope

The Lambda Scope III measures spatially resolved spectra of LEDs, laser diodes, fiber assemblies, and waveguides from 400 to 1600 nm with a spatial resolution of 10 microns. Both the light emitted by such devices and optical coating on the surfaces can be measured.
