MGC Communications Inc., a Las Vegas, NV-based competitive local exchange carrier, is deploying the DISC*S Next Generation Digital Loop Carrier platform from reltec Corp. (Cleveland, OH) to provide competitive telecommunications service to area apartment residents. MGC is providing the new 240-unit Nap Valley complex in Henderson, NV, with dial-tone service using a combination of reltec products and services, along with installation and support.
