Infraeo: 100G PAM4 (OSFP/QSFP-DD/QSFP112) Immersion Cooling MMF LPO

Infraeo's multimode VCSEL LPO module and AOC pigtail redefine linear direct drive multimode performance.

Infraeo's multimode VCSEL LPO module and AOC pigtail redefine linear direct drive multimode performance by integrating advanced linear-driver technology with fine-tuned thermal management and signal integrity design. The 800G LPO series, tested and validated in single-phase or two-phase leading market commercial coolant, demonstrates the worst BER performance at 1E-8 at the Tomahawk 5 series platform. Full compliance to IEEE 802.3 800Gbase-SR8, 400Gbase-SR4, 200Gbase-SR2, and 100GBase-SR1 can be achieved up to 100m on OM5 MMF. This is so far the first reported LPO optical AOC/Pigtail in the industry for Immersion Cooling to support the standard 100G PAM4 Ethernet applications.
JUDGE’S COMMENT: “The pigtail lets the module be immersed, and MMF brings out the signal.”
