Vecima Networks: Entra Access Test Platform and Entra Access Simulators
Vecima’s Entra Access Test Platform and Entra Access Simulators, part of the Entra Automation Solutions portfolio, support diverse access technologies and evolving customer needs. The solution empowers service providers to explore seamless testing of Converged Multi-Access Network technologies, including vCMTS and PON. Entra Access Simulators mimic Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) devices and CPE at production scale to validate the capacity and performance of virtual and physical CCAP cores, PON OLTs, and other network elements. The tool enables operators to verify network service functionality at production scale by simulating thousands of devices simultaneously. The announcement of these solutions was followed by a significant commercial milestone: Charter Communications signed a multi-year deployment agreement to roll out Vecima's system across its network.
