Ribbon: Acumen AIOps and Automation Platform

As a network-wide AIOps and automation platform, Ribbon Acumen comprises a series of ready-made applications and a low-code/no-code Builder capability that enables organizations to combine applications with AI and their own data to create custom workflows. Those workflows can analyze and respond to data from devices and applications, enabling Acumen to automate network deployment and operations, and provide tools for rapid issue resolution. Users can interact with Acumen in natural language to request information or provide instructions. Acumen integrates multiple generations of Ribbon and third-party products, as well as other automation platforms, and delivers three types of automation: AIOps, DevOps, and SecOps automation. For example, Optimum is improving its customer experience by deploying Acumen to reduce customer churn driven by negative contact center experiences.
