As an integrated 8 lane, 200G/lane PAM-4 DSP, MaxLinear’s Rushmore enables hyperscale cloud and AI data center operators to upgrade their networks to next-generation 1.6 Tbps optical links for both scale‑out and scale‑up fabrics. By combining best‑in‑class Serdes performance in Samsung’s 4 nm process with a highly integrated, customer‑proven architecture, Rushmore not only meets customers' performance and energy targets but also provides true supply chain and geopolitical risk mitigation. Rushmore is a 1.6 T PAM4 DSP SoC purpose‑built for AI and cloud data centers. It allows customers to upgrade to 51.2T and 102.4T switch platforms, supporting rapidly growing AI/ML workloads without sacrificing performance headroom. Rushmore is backward compatible with previous-generation links and interoperates with other major DSPs on the market.

Judge’s comment: “Definitely a product that is needed in 2026 for both 800 Gbps and 1.6 Tbps.”
