The TOLD325-TX transmitter module operates at speeds to 800 Mbits/sec and transmits through singlemode or multimode fiber. The TOPD325-RX receiver module features a built-in 3R function, a sensitivity of -27.5 dBm, a data rate of 622.08 Mbits/sec and a power dissipation of 0.7W typical. The TOLD341-TX transmitter module has a 3-Gbit/sec data rate, while its receiver counterpart features a sensitivity of -22 dBm, power dissipation of 1W and a transimpedance of 1.5 kilohms.
