Transmission system

The series FMX-47000 bidirectional fiber-optic transmission system offers four channels of pulse frequency modulation video/audio, digital RS-232 or RS-422 data signals at 19.2 kbits/sec per wavelength window via one multimode fiber. Among the applications are video multiplexing, closed-circuit TV, process control and campuswide video conferencing. Video transmission operates over distances to 4 km. Modular transmitters and receivers enable custom configuration. Standalone or 19-inch rack-mount units are available.
