in State College, PA, and LANcity Cable Modem Div. of Bay Networks Inc. in Andover, MA, are forming a cooperative marketing agreement to deliver high-speed data over hybrid fiber/coaxial-cable networks. The companies have agreed to provide end-to-end management and interoperability testing of each company`s equipment.
