Diode lasers

DL780, DL810 and DL830 singlemode near-infrared diode lasers produce 40, 120 and 160 mW of power, respectively. All include Faraday rotator-isolation protection against mode-hopping caused by retroreflection. Protected against electrostatic discharge, the lasers deliver power stability of ۬% and include an FC/PC fiber-optic coupling. When connected to a 50-micron fiber, output power is reduced by 15%; when pigtailed to an 8-micron singlemode fiber, power is reduced by 50%. Provision for external modulation to 300 kH¥is included.
