Modem card

The OSD137 modem card plugs into an OSD370 chassis, which accepts 14 standard cards and one OSD911 power supply module. The card features TTL, RS-422 or RS-232 operation and extends link lengths to 5 km. A pair of OSD137 short-haul modems or a combination of OSD135 and OSD137 modems and a duplex optical-fiber cable form a link that replaces twisted-pair extension cables. It supports asynchronous data rates to 1 Mbit/sec. Modem card OSD137L is available for operation over more than 10 km of singlemode fiber.
