Fabry-Perot laser diode

This 1310-nm Fabry-Perot laser diode is for Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, SONET/SDH, and Fibre Channel applications. Model C-13-001-E-A comes with a flat glass window cap and Model C-13-001-E-B comes with an integrated ball lens cap for improved coupling into a singlemode fiber. The laser diode provides 5 mW CW operation at ?40! to +85!C with no TE cooler and meets the Bellcore TA-NWT-000983 specification. Various pin-outs are also available.
