The IQ-5200 series consists of the IQ-5200 optical-spectrum analyzer and the IQ-5220 high-resolution version. Applications include WDM system design, qualification, and monitoring, as well as optical-component qualification and testing. The modules are based on diffraction grating and cover the 1525- to 1570-nm band.
