Dense wdm filter

The dwfi dense wdm filter achieves 200-GHz narrow linewidth filtering at itu wavelengths with low insertion loss and high channel isolation. The filter uses thin-film interference coatings for environmental stability. Other features are epoxy-free optical path, 0.1-dB pdl, and narrow filter bandwidth. Measuring 5.5 ¥ 32 mm, the device can be cascaded in any sequence for a 16- or 32-channel multiplexer or demultiplexer array.
