Enhancements for optical-spectrum analyzer

Enhancements for the portable MS9710B optical-spectrum analyzer enable signal-to-noise ratio testing for multichannels. Other preprogrammed measurements that the analyzer can now perform include gain tilt, power at wavelength, peak and valley search, up to 50 channel markers, and pmd analysis. Auto-measurement speed has been improved to 10 sec per measurement, and accuracy for resolution has been improved to 3%.
