Laser module for OTDR

A plug-in laser module for the Helios otdr features a wavelength of 1625 nm, placing it out of band of the standard 850-, 1310-, or 1550-nm communications wavelengths. The module enables the otdr to be used for testing and monitoring live, traffic- carrying fiber-optic networks.
