Q8347 optical spectrum analyzer uses a Fourier spectrum system and Michelson interferometer that deliver wavelength resolution of 0.01 nm at 1550 nm and 0.003 nm at 850 nm, with a dynamic range of 30 dB. Wavelength accuracy is ۪.1 nm to ۪.01 nm, and wavelength coverage is 350 to 1750 nm. The analyzer costs $80,000.
