Optical variable attenuator

The OVA-640 compact variable optical attenuator includes a stepper motor. It is only 8 mm high and mounts easily on a printed circuit board. A TTL logic control circuit is available as an option. The operating wavelength is in the 1550 or 1310-nm range.
