Crystal clock oscillators

The S1903 and S1950 Series crystal-controlled, low-current hcmos clock oscillators operate at up to 125 MHz. The devices are offered in frequencies from 50 to 125 MHz (S1903) and 80 to 125 MHz (S1950) and are suitable for 106.25-MHz Fibre Channel and 125-MHz Gigabit Ethernet applications. The leadless ceramic packages have gold-plated contact pads for pick-and-place smt environments, measure 7.2 mm long by 5.2 mm wide, and have a profile of 1.8 mm. They also have frequency stabilities of ?25, 50, or 100 ppm over a temperature range of 0? to ?70?C, or ?50 and 100 ppm over ?40? to +85?C.
