Fiber-optic multiplexer

Model 9600 fiber-optic multiplexer can simultaneously transmit a mix of Fddi, ATM, Escon, Fibre Channel and Taxi-based signals. The chassis has independent slots for eight data link cards. Two slots are used for management, multiplexing and transmission cards, and the remaining slots are configurable for dual-channel Fddi, dual-channel Taxi, single-channel ATM, FC or Escon. A fiber-optic switch card allows multiple path selection.
