gst Telecommunications Inc. (Vancouver, WA) announced plans to interconnect with WorldCom International`s (Jackson, MS) frame relay network. The two companies will establish network-to-network interconnections in Los Angeles and Honolulu between each of their respective fiber-optic networks. gst will gain access to an international frame relay network that reaches more than 20 countries, offering enhanced data networking services beyond its western U.S. footprint.
