Test products support program

The UserGuard user support program is a series of services available free of charge to users of this company`s media certification, network verification, or data-communications test products. Features of the program include extended product warranties, lifetime parts and labor warranty on all breakout box products, annual recalibration services for two years (United States only), priority cross-shipments for service or replacement-unit loans, training, product updates/upgrades, and technical support hotlines.
