UV/Visible Spot-Curing System

June 1, 2000

The Novacure is a microprocessor-controlled UV/visible spot-curing system capable of providing more than 20,000 mW/cm2 at 320-500 nm of curing power for use in automated or manual precision assembly environments. It provides automated exposure control by intensity or time. Options include radiometer feedback from multilegged light guides for real-time process control and ramping the exposure intensity. User-changeable optical filters tailor the output for wavelength to be selected for specific applications. The built-in radiometer is traceable to NIST.
