The 1905 lmp distributed-feedback laser module suits cable-TV applications. It provides up to 35 mW of output power and works under continuous-wave operation. The device exhibits greater than -160-dB/Hz relative intensity noise and a spectral linewidth lower than 1 MHz. It comes in a 14-pin butterfly package with an optical isolator and polarization-maintaining optical fiber.
