dfb laser module

A 1.55-micron distributed-feedback laser module delivers 50 mW of continuous-wave output power. Designed specifically for supertrunking and cable-TV applications, this high-power laser is based on the strained layer multi-quantum-well laser chip that has been optimized for low relative intensity noise and narrow linewidth. The module is also equipped with polarization-maintaining fiber pigtail for use with a LiNbO3 external modulator.
