Modulator driver

The mtc 5510-P is a 10-Gbit/sec modulator driver for Sonet applications. The unit features 18-dB gain and a flat frequency response from 10 kHz to 11 GHz. The driver delivers 6V peak-to-peak pulsed amplitude into a 50-ohm load. Power supply is 8V (400 mA) and -5V (75 mA).
