adc Telecommunications Systems Integration Inc., a subsidiary of the Minneapolis, MN-based adc Telecommunications Inc., has signed an agreement to buy the business and assets of Fort Lauderdale, FL-based W.gif. Tech Inc., a systems integration firm, for approximately $16 million in cash.
