Laser diodes

CQF95 and CQF910 1550-nm laser diodes transmit at 2.5 Gbits/sec, and the CQF195 1550-nm laser diode transmits at 10 Gbits/sec. CQF95 and CQF195 have built-in electro-absorption modulators. CQF910, which features a 25-ohm matched impedance, is for long-distance communications and tolerates 1800-picoseconds/nm dispersion.
