A 2.5 Gbit/s PINAMP optical receiver module meets OC48-STM16 bandwidth requirements. It integrates a high-speed InGaAs photodiode with a GaAs transimpedance amplifier that has automatic gain control. Single-ended or differential output options are available. A 14-pin butterfly package is available with a variety of optical connectors.
