Duplex connector

The Mini MT duplex connector intermates multiple fibers and interfaces two fibers to a full-duplex transceiver module. The device measures 7 ¥ 10 mm, approximately half the size of an SC duplex. Losses of 0.2 dB are typical. The two fibers are contained in a single ferrule that uses guide pins for interconnection and allows transceiver vendors room to space the optoelectronics without requiring specialized alignment techniques.
