Gigabit Ethernet transceiver

The vsc7135QU Gigabit transceiver IC is mounted in a 10-mm 64-pin pqfp. The device reduces the board space required for the transceiver and complies with the Gigabit Ethernet 802.3z draft specification. Using this unit, developers of Gigabit Ethernet network equipment can develop new products based on established, low-risk transceiver technology with minimal lead time for the critical transceiver component. Power dissipation is 700 mW. The device operates from a single +3.3V supply.
