Cellular band transceiver

The linear fiber-optic transceiver distributes cellular phone RF signals in office buildings, shopping malls, and other indoor areas. The mrtrla 200 transmitter incorporates a 13-micron Fabry-Perot laser with singlemode 9/125-micron fiber. The receiver incorporates an InGaAs PIN photodiode with a high-speed amplifier. The optical interface is through fc/apc connectors and the electrical interface is through 50-ohm SMA connectors.
